Marsells Cakes & Desserts is a special order bakery. The owner, Marcel Kopplin, is nationally Certified as a cake decorator and journey baker with the Retail Bakers Association of America.

We make wedding cakes, custom cakes, cookies, brownies and dessert bars. We also make petit fours, cookies, cupcakes, pineapple upside downs, whoopie pies, and brownies. All our items must be pre-ordered, and you may do so by email or phone. We can’t accommodate walk-in customers since there are no items in the store that are not already sold.

We have a wholesale facility located just 10 minutes south from downtown Spokane, Washington, in a beautiful treed area called Paradise Prairie. For a pick up location for our cakes and desserts we are happy to meet you at a local spot.
